The FAT Paint Company makes Chalk-Style Paint that goes on smooth, distresses easily, & finishes with flair. Developed by an artisanal brother-sister duo, FAT Paint transforms old furniture, frames, bowls, jars, or almost anything at all into enviable works of upcycled art.

FAT PAINT
This Chalk-Style Paint easily affixes to most porous surfaces—wood, glass, metal, plastic & fabric—& covers most projects with just a couple of coats. It’s low-VOC, dries quickly, & soft & easy to sand, leaving nothing behind but a smooth, silky finish.

FAT ELIXIR
These FAT-tastic Metallics are perfect for use in refinishing furniture or any DIY painting project you can think of! Water based & low VOC, ELIXIRS are made with high quality mica & pigments that stand up against fading & tarnishing. Use any of the semi-opaque colors Electrum, Midas, Vitruvian, Poseidon, Mercury or Medusa if you seek to accent the relief in carved/ornate pieces, update your tired hardware or anywhere you just need some extra dazzle. There are 4 iridescent colours: Sunrise, Sunset, Twilight & Moonlight which impart a translucent prismatic-like quality. Highly recommended for textured/ornate/carved items to impart an out-of-this-world glow. Available in 4oz containers & will cover 10-12.5 square feet. 

FAT WAX
From authentic, all-natural looks to antiqued, aged, limed or sea-salted effects, FAT Wax adds character to any upcycled project. Made from beeswax & a hint of carnauba wax, these “Natural” & tinted shades — “Antique Patina”, “Black” & “White” – leave behind a lustrous museum-quality polish with lasting durability.

CLEAR TOP COAT
If extra durability or protection is required, use CLEAR Top Coat to finish off your FAT Paint’d project instead of FAT Wax. The water-based sealant is safe & easy-to-use; it goes on clear & stays clear, providing a matte finish guaranteed not to yellow over time. Available in 473ml/16oz pints.

EXTRA FAT
Extra FAT adds dimension & texture to any project simply by enhancing the consistency of any FAT Paint colour. The 100% all-natural powdered additive is used to create embossed reliefs as well as crusty, aged or chippy textures weathered from years on the sea. 

SPECIALTY GLAZE
The Specialty GLAZE transforms surfaces into prized heirlooms by producing an aged, antique-like look without the use of wax. This water-based, translucent film can also be manipulated to build texture & patterns, including faux wood grain or marble. Available in 4oz jars.
